Cream Tea Hampers are available for delivery Tuesday to Saturday. Cream teas can't be delivered on a Monday (to avoid cream and scones travelling over the weekend).

Ambient Mixed Food Hampers are available for delivery Monday to Saturday.

Delivery Date:

Choose preferred date at checkout. If your order is for a birthday or other special occasion, we recommend choosing delivery for the day before. Sometimes if products are unavailable we will swap them for the nearest equivalent product that we have in stock. Cream and scones are best eaten within 3-4 days from dispatch.

Delivery Locations

We don't deliver cream teas to: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly or remote Scotland (HS / ZE / PA60-75,78 / KW16-17 / PH30,41-44).

UK Location that cost £8.75 extra - NI/IOM/IOW/Scottish Islands & Highlands. Note: We only send parcels under 2KG to these locations (which are the hampers under £30)

Unfortunate

Unfortunately after having problems with the website, my order of the sweet and Savoury hamper got delivered to the wrong adress. After emailing to find out what happened I got a reply with pictures of someone elses house reciving the hamper, In which they gave the wrong last name on receiving, and them stating that the address was put in wrong and there suggestion was to ask my 73 year old grandad to find the house and recive the package three days later. I understand things go wrong but they did not even sugest a helpful outcome.

The hamper got delivered to the wrong address because the buyer made a mistake with the address and because it wasn't a courier mistake we couldn't get them to return. The recipient lived on the same street to where it was delivered so them collecting from their neighbour was the only option. It was delivered on Friday but the issue wasn't raised to us until 7.40pm on Tuesday, we replied at 8pm on Tuesday so the three day delay was also not caused by us.
